Wheeler County Courthouse, TXLocation: 45
Description:
We redesigned this courhouse for the county's needs. We replaced the existing elevator and shaft. Added a mechanical penthouse above roof to house new mechanical units. Also completed exterior renovation, replaced windows, and added a handcap accesible ramp and stairway. All masonry and frames were restored. Maintained a majority of the marble floors and trim. Also restored the existing wood work of the railings and benches. The electrical, mechanical, and plumbing was also pulled and redone.
