WharryDescription: Jim Wharry will be the singles point contact with the client regarding all aspects of this project including technical responsibility, contract negotiations and daily communication at the Dallas office. Qualifications: PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND James Wharry has a broad professional experience in Commercial Roof Consulting, Historic Renovation, Restoration, Project Management, Estimating, and Research. Mr. Wharry has dedicated his professional life to the study of Commercial Roofing starting in college working as an estimator. Upon graduation from Lawrence Institute of Technology in 1971 with a Bachelor of Schience in Architecture he relocated to Dallas, Texas to be a project engineer for GMBOP Assembly Plant in Arlington, Texas. Since 1972 James has been involved in all phases of room consulting, construction, and restoration. PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: REROOFING PROJECTS: ANNUAL INSPECTION OF ROOFING PROJECTS: DISD - Complete inspection of all the High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and Support Facilities covering 14,438,000 sq. ft. for the 2002 Dallas Bond Program. City of Tyler - Annually inspection of the 25 buildings owned by the City of Tyler, Texas. 325,000 sq. ft. Tyler ISD - Annual Inspection of 29 campuses in the Tyler Independent School District encompassing 3,247,000 sq. ft. of roof area. The Industrial Group Memphis - Annually reporting the condition of the built-up roofs owned by the Alaskan Fund. The 4,500,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial buildings in the Bellbrook Industrial District. The Industrial Group Dallas - Annual inspection of the AFP properties.
