Also a Project Manager for Roof and Paving Design Program for General Motors. 1988-1988 Forrest D. Whitescarver: self employed as an architect. 1985-1988 Omniplan Architects located in Dallas, TX. Mr. Whitescarver worked his way up from Assistant to Senior Vice President.
