Description:


Mr. Allums has been at our Texas office since November of 1999. He is one of our Roof Inspectors and Consultants. Responsibilities include specification writing, project management and monitoring, inspection, core sampling and infrared scanning.

List of Projects involved in over the years:

  • Burkburnett ISD: 2002 Survey Inspections 500,00 sq.ft.

  • Burkburnett ISD: 2001 Reroof Project: Design, Project Management, and Monitoring 157,235 sq.ft.

  • Henrietta ISD: 2001 121,800 sq.ft. Annural Survey.

  • Dallas ISD: 2001 Infrared Thermal Scans 856,500 sq.ft.

  • Trammell Crow: Surveys 2001: 265,735 sq.ft., 2000: 325,000 sq.ft.

  • City of Tyler: Annual Surveys of 25 Buildings: 335,700 sq.ft.

  • The Industrial Group: Dallas Area 1,400,000 sq.ft.; Memphis, TN 2,500,000 sq.ft.; survey inspection done annually.

  • Burkburnett ISD: 2000; Annual Survey 189,000 sq.ft.

  • Monthly project inspections, interims, finals and two year for Allied Signal/Honeywell.

    EXPERIENCE:

    August 1976 - October 1982

    Bird & Son Inc. located in Shreveport, LA. Roofing Material Rep: Reponsibilities included marketing, inventory control for distributors and inspections and technical support.

    November 1982 - May 1983

    Stone Co. of Dallas located in Dallas, TX. Sheet Metal Fabricator Manager: Responsiblities included daily operations control, human resources and some fabrication.

    August 1983 - August 1995

    Wilpo Supply Co. located in Dallas, TX. Roofing Material & Equipment Sales & Troubleshooting: Responsibilities included traveling the (5) five state area as a distributor salesman and contractor equipment troubleshooter.

    August 1995 - October 1998

    Bitumen Technology, Inc. located in Morrilton, AR. Modified Bitumen Sales & Technical Rep: Territory sales installation demonstrations and technical services were among the required duties.

    November 1998 - October 1999

    Spec Roofing Wholesale located in Dallas, TX. Roofing Equipment Sales & Troubleshooting: Equipment marketing and troubleshooting for the four state area for a major Garlock Equipment Distribution chain.
